For K1 class, the child must be born on or before 31st December 2022.
For K2 class, the child must be born on or before 31st December 2021.
For K3 class, the child must be born on or before 31st December 2020.

Interview Arrangements

1. Interviews will be arranged by the school for K1 applicants
2. Parents will be notified in form of letter or call by the school separately when we receive the application form
3. Group and individual interviews will be arranged
4. Parents must accompany their child for the interview
5. Interviews will be have interpretation/translation services. For NCS parents and children are allowed to be accompanied by a Chinese speaking relative/friend to facilitate communication in the interview.

Admission Mechanism

• Full-day class
  According to the applicant’s family needs (such as those with working parents, need to take care of chronically ill patients at home, etc.)and the applicant’s interview performance.
• Half-day class
  The applicant’s siblings are currently enrolled in the kindergarten and will be given priority for half-day class.
  The applicant’s interview performance.

Admission result announcement

The school will notify the admission results and registration procedures of the kindergarten class by mail in early December 2024.

Registration

Upon receipt of notification of admission to K1, parents must complete the registration procedures in person at the school during the  “centralized registration dates”

• For half-day classes, parents should submit the“2025/26 RC or voucher”, pay $970 for ”registration fee”
• For whole-day classes, parents should submit the“2025/26 RC or voucher” and pay $1,570 for“registration fee”
• If parents decide to change to another school after registration, please notify the kindergarten in writing. The kindergarten will return the “2025/26 RC”. The registration fee will not be refunded.

Information on Admission in 2025/26 School Year

Applicants would apply to EDB for the “Registration Certificate for KG admission” (“RC”) from September to November 2024. Click here to read more.

Upon receipt of the applications with all necessary information and documents provided, EDB will generally take six to eight weeks to complete processing of the applications and issue the “RC” / “KG Admission Pass” (“AP”) to eligible applicants by post or online submission(https://eform.one.gov.hk/form/edb005/en/).
